"Meeting the Highest Expectations"

Earlier this month (March 2016), my 2013 Civic was due for its B-1 maintenance. I really appreciate the automatic notice that comes up on the screen. It saves my having to keep track, and prevents my tendency to cut corners on the service (to save some money but potentially damage my car!). I made the appointment, went in, and was told how long it would take. Having my trusty book with me, nd wanting to finish it, I declined the offer of a free ride home, and sat down with an excellent cup of coffee to read for two or so hours. I was just on the verge of finishing my book when my name was called. The work was done! I had my trusty coupon book and the service rep pointed out that one of them would save me 50% on the oil change portion. Great! I was surprised at the bill. With other vehicles and dealers, I have more often been shocked! I have to say that I have never paid as little for the upkeep of my car as with my Civic (I have previous owned a new 2007 Sentra, new 2000 Camry, and new 1995 Voyager). I appreciate honesty and the performance of what my car actually needs. I would not go anywhere else for servicing! I have come to have the highest expectations for this dealership, and I have yet to be disappointed.
I have received nothing but exceptional service from Cambridge Honda since I bought my Honda in 2015. My service is always completed in a timely manner and I have never had a complaint about quality!
"Oil change service"
I recently had a chance to stop by Cambridge Honda to have an oil change. It is rather a short drive from Guelph, on HWY24. I found the service personnel who were prompt and courteous, took the time to answer my questions. It was a worthy drive to ‘Cambridge Honda’ as the oil change rate is reasonable, and also customer receives a complementary car wash on the way out!
