Great experience buying my first new car I came in to Empire Hyundai today to test drive a Hyundai Veloster. I was greeted very kindly by everyone. I told Ronnie Webb that I was interested in I came in to Empire Hyundai today to test drive a Hyundai Veloster. I was greeted very kindly by everyone. I told Ronnie Webb that I was interested in a test drive and he quickly arranged for me to test drive both of the Velosters I was interested in. Though I loved the Veloster, I had a million questions and was especially concerned about both safety and reliability. Ronnie was extremely patient and took the time to answer my questions fully. My fears about reliability were assuaged by hyundai's generous warranty and by Hyundai's reputation in general. I was apprehensive about buying a new car (this is my first new car purchase!) but Ronnie worked within my budget to help me find exactly the car that I wanted! On top of that, he was extremely friendly and patient as I considered what I wanted to do. I appreciated how sensitive he was to my budget and to what I wanted in a car. I never imagined that I would buy a car today (I am a picky customer) but I also can't imagine being any happier about it than I am. More

Additionally, we had purchased one additional one in Florida, where it is registered. We have always received excellent service for our vehicles here. This experience was the best experience so far. The salesman Ron Webb, took his time, was very patient, was not pushy, and listened well. He brought a good sense of humor to the job and worked very well with my wife, whos car this would be. He was never condescending, nor did he ever talk down to her. He explained things well and told us when he did not know an answer, and then would go obtain the needed information. He did not mind my wife trying out several cars before making a decision. He made my wife a fair deal, and followed through on everything he said he would. He made what is rarely a pleasant experience, a very good one. My only complaint: he is a Pittsburgh Steeler’s fan. Our.experience with Bryce Sweall in Finance w@s also extremely good. He walked us through the paperwork with good explanations and as fast as possible. We trust Empire and believe it to be a Dealer with integrity who have a great service department to care for our vehicles. More

Ron Webb, G 90 & G 80. Test drove the G 90 and the G 80 today with Ron Webb. The G 90 is a beautiful car. With the G90 it was all about the Aesthetics for me. The gorgeous Test drove the G 90 and the G 80 today with Ron Webb. The G 90 is a beautiful car. With the G90 it was all about the Aesthetics for me. The gorgeous leather and walnut wood trim is to die for. Now the G80, WOW!!! This car is a fun to drive kind of car. Just in the "Sports" mode it was super quick and easy to handle on the highway. I wish the Hyundai G90 had the power of the G80. If it had, I would have driven off the lot with it. Ron was knowledgeable about both car's and had a wonderful demeanor. It truly was a pleasure to work with him. If you're looking at purchasing a G90 or G80, this is your guy! More
