2014 Fusion I had previously had a terrible experience with this dealership. They corrected the problems and said if I came back to buy again they would do their I had previously had a terrible experience with this dealership. They corrected the problems and said if I came back to buy again they would do their best to give me an excellent deal. The salesman Rob V was excellent, the finance guy Nick was excellent, Ryan who assisted with the vehicle technology has been excellent. I am hopeful that when I return for servicing etc. the service will continue to be the same. More

Friendly without being pushy Had attended the dealership approx 2 weeks ago and tested a vehicle. Was not ready to buy just looking at different vehicles knowing I was going to p Had attended the dealership approx 2 weeks ago and tested a vehicle. Was not ready to buy just looking at different vehicles knowing I was going to purchase a vehicle. Rob was very understanding knowing this was not going to be a done deal but still took the time to take me on a test drive. A couple of weeks past before I saw a vehicle I was interested in. I called Rob and asked to see this vehicle. Rob held onto the vehicle so I could look at it a day and a half later. The vehicle had everything I was looking for and more. The dealership took a down payment so I could hold onto the vehicle and purchase it 4 days later. Transition from my old vehicle to the new vehicle was A one service with phone numbers being left if I needed any help after leaving the dealership. Wonderful experience for sure. More

I had had very negative experiences in the past when buying new cars or used ones. Needless to say i was very nervous when i walked into the dealership (after the initial phone call from Rob V) He was very understanding listen well and understood our needs. Everyone at Keywest Ford treated Me and my wife like we were family. Which is a nice feeling. The finance office was painless and very understanding and explained everything pretty simply. Rob was especially not a pushy sales person. He let us walk away think about it and eventually we came back with out decision. THANK YOU KEYWEST FORD.
