IWE Wheel Hub Replacement I showed up without an appointment due to some sudden vibration with my F150. The service center was able to diagnose the issue, which was amazing, de I showed up without an appointment due to some sudden vibration with my F150. The service center was able to diagnose the issue, which was amazing, despite the time contraints. Less than a week later they had got a hold of some replacement IWE hubs even though it would supposedly be a month until they were available again. Service was completed in a day and as usual Fiona and Rob were top notch to deal with. They also quoted the work at a very competitive price. More

Excellent Service Took my 2013 F150 4x4 in for oil change, a recall and a small rubber tailgate bumper 'stick back on' :-). Cassandra, my service advisor, could not have been more helpful. Rob the Service Manager came over to say hello. Everything was done properly and in a timely manner. No charge for the rubber glue-back. Happy me. Stopped in to say hello to Nicole McGowan, who sold me the truck, just to visit. She did so - even as a prospective buyer came by.... More

I felt as if friends were taking care of me. While your staff in the service shop quickly and efficiently go through their routine, they never for a moment cease to be friendly and attentive. From my first encounter, I was confident that I was in good hands. My car has had its clutch issue resolved, its final check-up done (prior to warranty running out)--I might have forgotten if Cassandra hadn't suggested it--and the best cleaning my Focus has ever had. It runs and looks great! My sincere thanks to each one of "my people" for your conscientiousness. In this fast-paced world, service often comes at a premium and can never be over-rated. More

Customer has to source parts ? This review was initially written 6months ago I am going to start off by saying that this review isn't for me. It's for my dad as he is too proud This review was initially written 6months ago I am going to start off by saying that this review isn't for me. It's for my dad as he is too proud to do it himself. My dad bought a truck from Northstar just over a year ago with a Tonneau cover. The locking mechanism on the cover stopped functioning correctly, and my dad has been attempting to have the service department take a look at it, but there has been little to NO response. Now that I am looking for a truck I am very hesitant in looking at anything in their lot if this is how things are handled. Update on this as of November 8th, 2018 My father went back to get this dealt with a while again at least a few months. The service manager and parts people took pictures, and my father expected some action to be taken place in after this. Then Informing him that Ford had cut ties with the company that makes the tonneau cover. So there is no access to parts. We went to a small outfit today (11/8/18) to just see if there was a fix. Surprise Suprise the small retailer had the part just laying around? A large dealer such as Northstar is unable to get a minor part but a small retailer can? The customer should not be responsible for sourcing parts REGARDLESS of whether or not the company has ties or not. More
