Took one of my fleet vehicles there to get work done on the engine for the warranty and they ended up totaling the vehicle without looping me in and my employee had thousands of dollars of personal and com the engine for the warranty and they ended up totaling the vehicle without looping me in and my employee had thousands of dollars of personal and company tools inside the vehicle and it was towed to some lot and we lost all the tools and company assets. Terrible. I will avoid Tynana in the future.I bought a Terrible. I will avoid Tynana in the future. I bought a new car in March. In April the video screen would turn off. I took the Rogue in, and there Terrible. I will avoid Tynana in the future. I bought a new car in March. In April the video screen would turn off. I took the Rogue in, and there was a backorder on parts. I took my car back to tynans in September b/c the video screen order was cancelled. I got my rogue back a week later- and the issue was not resolved. When I called the dealership to ask where my car was, I was flat outlined to by the service manager who said "" The service Tech is out on a test drive I'll ask him when he gets back." That answer is so full of BS because it was before 7:30 a.m.. My rental car was a base model Sentra That did not have working headlights, And I asked the service manager for an upgrade and the rental to at least match my model and trim Rogue, And he said I could if "we had rogues available." I asked him to check if anywhere available and he said he didn't have the time. So no, if I can help it, Tynans will not have my business again nor will you be positively referred to by anyone looking for a new or used car or service. Tynans is a nightmare. More

The Service Department was very quick to check me in and get my Apex Protect put in. They were very good about keeping me updated and helping me get it set up with the help of Jose from the Finance Departme get my Apex Protect put in. Everyone was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was a bit miffed when I called to make my appointment for service under warranty and was told it would be covered unless it was the result of damage. was a bit miffed when I called to make my appointment for service under warranty and was told it would be covered unless it was the result of damage. It made me think he suspected me of dishonesty. Ultimately, it was a very good experience. More
