Our service this time was very rude and disrespectful. When my husband asked why the service was so expensive, the employee got disrespectful when explaining. When my husband explained he didn't want to pay for it and would do it himself, the employee insulted him by saying he doesn't care about the human behind the work. As we were checking out, the employee then felt the need to further explain why it would take such a long time to fix when we didn't ask. Then when I got to my car, everything from the counsel had been taken out and almost rummaged through. There was a trimmer left in the seat. Either the car wasn't locked and someone got into my car, or the employee working on my car went through my things and didn't put anything back. We will not be returning. More

Service didn’t Didn’t put correct oil weight that manufacture specifies in service manual for the model I brought in. So I had to come back again to get correct weight of oil. What I didn’t like was manufacture specifies in service manual for the model I brought in. So I had to come back again to get correct weight of oil. What I didn’t like was when I brought up the weight was incorrect and wanted to see if could get fixed, the service writer got defensive about it. I don’t see why when I paid 230$ just for oil and transmission if the technician or the service writer was going to use some thing other than what the manufacture recommends I would like to receive a phone call authorize before just putting in something else. But makes me seem I’m in the wrong. Just hope the job was actually done and they just didn’t just reprint a sticker with a different weight. Didn’t get receipt for services fix. More
