I came to get my car serviced for a routine oil change and Rich in service was checking me out at the cashier desk. I had brakes done at this dealership and took my car back a few times because they were squeaking as if I never had them replaced after a few hundred dollars and that’s the type of unprofessional customer service I received. I would never recommend this dealership worst experience I’ve had with a dealership in all the years I’ve had cars. I only go back because I already purchased a package for an oil change and hope they do not destroy my car because of a review they asked me to complete based off of the service I received. More
