I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from another dealer and came to Erinwood Ford to appraise my truck for trade in, almost a year later. I was interested in trading my truck for a Mustang but didn't think I would get a good deal on the trade, nor the Mustang. The team at Erinwood were very helpful in getting me the highest value for my truck and getting me an excellent deal on a brand new 2018 Mustang GT. From start to finish, the customer service was great. I truly felt like I was in good hands as a customer here, and would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership in the future. More

If was to reccomend my friends or anyone to buy a car it would definitely be erinwood ford for me and Dave will be the person i'll suggest as i just got perfect customer service from him. Carol and raj also helped me with understanding several things about my polocy and made sure i am fully satisfied... they made sure my documents and car is ready and not only about car but when i left the dealership, Dave called me in the evening to make sure i am fine and reached home safely. Raj Sumra from the moment I walked into his office was able to offer expert advise and offer different types of solutions to service my vehicle accordingly. Since this is my first vehicle purchased my lack of knowledge for cars is at minimum. But Raj Sumra was able to put together a cost effective diagnosis to help service my vehicle. Since this was one of my better experiences at a dealership. I will be going back to this specific dealership to get all my servicing done in the future. More
