Napoleon, Stone, Mike and the finance manager and sales managers went above and beyond to get me and my mother into a new vehicle. They all were beyond stellar throughout the entire process. Unfortunately managers went above and beyond to get me and my mother into a new vehicle. They all were beyond stellar throughout the entire process. Unfortunately we weren't able to keep the new explorer St and had to return it due to financial constraints.
