Max was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to educating me on the options for vehicles and was able to find me exactly what suited myself and my family, as well as my budget. Darcy was so helpful in putting it all together and having it ready for me to pick up!

This is my third purchase in the past four years and will be back again. They have earned my trust and loyalty. If it came down to it I would, without doubt, spend more money on the same vehicle just to deal with this dealership and support their employees. The various departments work together seamlessly to ensure your purchase is smooth and enjoyable. One of the best qualities of this dealership is the consistency of quality and the push towards innovation. It's worth purchasing and servicing your vehicle here purely for the fact that you do not have to worry about some tier two singer serenading you in the courtesy service shuttle.

- Fond Farewell To My Manual Transmission
This story is unique, yet it's played out twice this year with Jay (hmmmm). In the spring I researched getting different rims and new tires for my Jeep Compass (Instead I left the dealership with a brand-new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk). This fall we researched ways to consistently and reliably drive our Fiat in winter weather. We live beside an endless open field that blows its snow onto our street; transforming it into huge drifts and cement. In true MacGyver fashion, our teenaged sons relied on the floormats to provide traction on especially snowy roads. This routine was hilarious to watch but it prevented anyone from heading out in the Fiat on their own on bad days. (It's a much slower process when the car advances and you have to put it in park, run back to get the mat, reposition it, etc.)
So I sent my son in to explore options with the Bridge City Parts and Service staff (I can't say who he spoke to), specifically if tires and rims could help us out; no. (Come to think of it, we didn't ask whether bigger floormats were a solution.)
The next step was Jay helping my oldest son test-drive used vehicles and consider what features we needed; a great learning experience for Mason. The windows got tinted as Jay suggested and we're completely happy with our purchase. I appreciate the time Jay spent helping us make a safe decision.
Another special shoutout to the gentlemen who finalized the financial details at the time of purchase. I had been holding onto a Bridge City incentive voucher valued at $1000, that had expired days before the actual purchase date (remember, we weren't planning on buying a vehicle, but for some reason I held onto the voucher). I'm so glad that at the last minute I asked Paul if the deduction could still be honoured, and that he investigated it despite thinking it was a longshot. Tom tried his best to act like my request was denied, but cracked himself up while personally delivering his decision to approve the deduction. *The deduction allowed us to purchase 13 oil changes instead!
Each person we've worked with at Bridge City consistently represents the company well, and leaves us feeling good about our purchases and decisions. It really feels like my best interests are being considered. I do believe that different vehicles are more appropriate than new tires; especially since we couldn't install bigger rims and we didn't want to be "the" Fiat in Lethbridge mounted on a lift kit! Thanks for being a great team of people who listen and help us make informed decisions.

Heinrich helped us a lot on getting our new 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie. The sales manager was prompt to response to my request. Although the finance guy was a bit annoying to deal with because he sounds uncourteous.

i went in looking for a new car ,told them what i was looking for and they delivered. the financing was fast and efficient. everyone was very courteous as well.
all was good, help out in all departments as was a total loss from a different truck and the finance part was a bit of a challenge, but sales and finance team did an above and beond to help me out, will never go anywhere else from know on.
