Anatoliy really cares about the customers and not just for the business but making personal connection. After getting the car (and getting it delivered home!), he made sure to follow up with me as well to make sure all is well and if I had any questions. This is not your regular dealership where as soon as you walk out the door with a car, they move on to the next one. They really do care about their clients and will make sure that you are happy. I worked with Noah Amin for finance and she was exceptional. Made sure I was comfortable with the whole process and did not rush me into signing up for any extras that I did not need. Last but not least, Vince Dillon. Can not say enough good words about him. I was in an unfortunate situation and went to him with the issue. He went above and beyond to help me out. Cindy the internet associate quickly responded and set up an appointment to see the car with Tom & Vince who were great to work with and got us into the vehicle at the cost we were looking to spend. The next day may car was ready and Noha in the finance department was a pleasure to work with along with JR who reviewed the features of vehicle with us. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the entire staff at Flemington BMW were great to work with. More
