In the four hours I was there, long lunch break, I explained what I wanted to do and Nick Ray, my sales advisor, Johnny the trade-in guru, and Rick Garcia my finance man made it happen! In four hours! My last time at a beaker shop was a nine hour ordeal! This was like a kid in the candy store experience! Bozard won my loyalty and return business for any future vehicle purchases!
