I test drove a base see 2017 Ford edge and purchased a loaded sel model of same car. however after driving it home realized the radio was not the same I test drove a base see 2017 Ford edge and purchased a loaded sel model of same car. however after driving it home realized the radio was not the same in both cars. when I went back to the dealership... instead of them giving me a hard time or having me pay to add a different radio to the car I purchased(Which is what I offered to do), they put me into another new car instead! With the radio I wanted.... no change in dollars and no hard time.!!! I had no clue they would offer this option!!! Talk about customer service! We have bought several cars from Bozard Ford and this is the reason why! Andre "Cowboy" Banchi was excellent with both my trade in and new car purchase. I left with a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium that is both amazing and beautiful! And yes the Sony radio system makes my drive that much better.... More
