My Vibe's Transmission died December 24th 2021 in the Morning and it was new car time. I picked up the Escape on January 7th 2022 and as far as the Car and Service I can only say Two words, " Customer Delight " ! It is a wonderful feeling when compared to " Buyer's Remorse " and Graham has been very helpful with any of my Concerns. I was shocked to learn that Oil Changes are cheaper than the Lube place I have been going to for the last 12 Years. More

Extremely misleading whenever possible. Was given the run around about an issue with the vehicle before they sold it to us, and given the run-around ever since purchase. They sold us warranty with our vehic around about an issue with the vehicle before they sold it to us, and given the run-around ever since purchase. They sold us warranty with our vehicle then the next day the lady claims she's swapped it out for a superior warranty when in fact it was a worse warranty, with less mileage covered, with only 1 place we can take the vehicle. They are con-artists. Lastly, 'no nonsense, no haggle pricing' merely means they get to set the profit they want and expect no bartering. This 1 star review is here to counter the unreasonably high number of 5 stars which seem like planted reviews to me. More
