I thought the service was very good. Salesman was polite and engaging. They called me about upgrading my vehicle and at first I was skeptical as I don't trust dealerships to give a fair price. Whatever you do, avoid Go Mazda when you’re thinking of purchasing a car. the negative reviews are true, the positives? They basically offer you a gas gift card to say nice things about them. It would be a mistake to think these guys care about you in anyway. They’re out for blood and their money and they’ll do whatever it takes to take you for your money. They’ll laugh with you when they’re trying to get you in but once you’re in, they turn into the meanest bunch. As it stands I’ve lost a lot of money under very sketchy circumstances, money I’ll never get back but I’m just glad I am out from under their paws. These people made me pay for a vehicle that was faulty, for 3 months I was paying car payments and also insurance for a vehicle I wasn’t even driving. Changed my mind about the vehicle since it took so long and these people lowballed me for a brand new vehicle I never drove, a vehicle that was still parked in their lot with 0kms. They gave me a sketchy amount to pay off and because I questioned it I received a lot of disrespect from the managers. A word is enough for the wise, stay away; buy your car literally anywhere else. Also, the managers(Anoop and Daniel, the ones I dealt with) are ruthless and do not care about anyone but their money. Anoop lied to me about the initial amount I was owing and made up the sketchy numbers. Daniel obviously defended him and even had the guts to threaten Daniel obviously defended him and even had the guts to threaten me by saying he’d go over the trade in I did last year and change the numbers as they probably offered me more than what the vehicle was worth when I simply asked for explanations regarding the amount they wanted me to pay. He kept trying to bring up things to basically intimidate and scare me because I simply asked for explanations regarding the amount they wanted me to pay. Just go somewhere else for your vehicle. These people are not considerate at all, they will speak to you in such a condescending tone if you ever have issues concerning your vehicle as long as the bill of sale has been signed. I love Mazda as a brand but this dealership is a big fat NO. Coming to this dealership has been my greatest nightmare till date and best believe I will never ever in my entire life recommend this dealership to anyone I know or anyone at all. More
