Just picked up my new 2024 Passport Black Edition, everything was fine until i got home. After looking in the trunk i notice the additional floor mats were not there that i ordered! Called the person everything was fine until i got home. After looking in the trunk i notice the additional floor mats were not there that i ordered! Called the person i picked car up from, told me to contact sales person!! Then i realized the passenger side window wouldn't roll down, neither button (driver side or on door work) obviously a motor or fuse. But considering i'm looking at the inspection sheet and someone checked off all the boxes, makes me wonder what else did they just check off "inspected" and actually isn't?? Now i have to wait till Saturday (today is good friday) and see what kind of gong show i'll have to go through to get this fixed! Hoping someone reaches out to me asap! More
