Very knowledgeable, patient, explained all paperwork that we had to sign !Made buying a car great experience! Made sure we were satisfied with our purchase didnt leave until we were totally done. Nobody was pushy with us, but worked with us. Awesome experience I will definitely refer everyone to Zimmerman Honda we got a great deal! Great people that went great lengths to get what we wanted! Both of these guys stayed late so we could drive our purchase home. Prices were great everyone was friendly and the place was very clean! More

Most straightforward dealer I have ever used Matt did an awesome job, no pressure and did exactly what I asked him to do and we were able to make deal in minutes. Outstanding Matt went above and beyond to answer my questions and find me exactly what I wanted as it wasn’t on the lot. A few days ago my vehicle needed service and while waiting in a clean well kept waiting area decided to purchase a new vehicle. We were under mile limits and in a situation where it behooved us to explore all options (turning in keys and walking away, new lease, purchase used, purchase new, etc.). Matt Rizzo provided candid and caring service from the start. He listened to our needs and desires first, asked clarifying questions, clearly laid out options with no pressure and made the car buying (we went with a purchase of a new Accord) simple and sensible. Matt was extremely responsive throughout the purchasing and acquisition process as well as after. I just commented today that he made selecting the best option and moving forward much simpler than purchasing a new phone. Kyle Ruser provided outstanding customer service during the acquisition as well. Zimmerman's value and customer service is outstanding, and Matt and Kyle were awesome people to work with! More

Best Vehicle Purchasing Experience Ever We had our non-Honda SUV have a surprise engine failure with only 92,000 miles on it. The vehicle had to be hauled to the junk yard, so we were not in We had our non-Honda SUV have a surprise engine failure with only 92,000 miles on it. The vehicle had to be hauled to the junk yard, so we were not in the market for a new vehicle before this shock. We had previously purchased an Odyssey from the dealership and knew that we were interested in another Honda vehicle. After doing a lot of research, we knew that we wanted to get a Pilot, we just weren't sure if we wanted a new or used vehicle or which model (LX, EX, Touring or Elite). We were able to test drive a new vehicle while getting our Odyssey serviced at the dealership. Once we saw what Honda was offering for pricing and 1.9% interest on new vehicles, it made sense to purchase a new vehicle instead of a used vehicle. Matt was able get all our questions answered about the vehicle and features on it. We got a lot of the negotiating done in advance so that we were able to come in and just sign all the paperwork. We would recommend Zimmerman Honda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle as this was the most painless vehicle purchase we have ever had, especially during a difficult time being without a daily driver vehicle. More
