When my interest was established, he responded quickly to answer my questions and help me come to a deal I was pleased with. I expressed my concerns about the 'ride' of a local used vehicle I had test-driven, he actually went out and drove this one to make sure that would not be a deal-breaker. He called me back and assured me it felt like a new car on the road! I appreciated that extra level of caring as this vehicle is for my wife and safety is a prime concern. Marty assured me that Kyle Ruser would make the paperwork portion painless and he did an excellent job, presenting all my options and accepting my choices.
