We were in the market for a used minivan and a few used Honda Odyssey’s listed on Zimmerman Honda’s website fit our requirements well. Our initial communication at Zimmerman was on the phone with Marty Curry and after a quick discussion we scheduled an appointment to test drive the minivans. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our appointment, not once but twice, but on both occasions Marty was very accommodating. Finally, when we arrived at the dealership for the test drive, Marty was prompt to set up the test drive for both minivans we wanted to try out. He patiently answered all our questions and worked with us to get a trade-in value for our old car. When we hit a roadblock due to some miscommunication with our bank on financing terms, Marty worked with us to schedule a follow-up visit to resolve the issues and move forward with the sale. On our return, both Marty and Kyle Ruser worked with us promptly to finalize and sign all the paperwork since we had a hard stop due to a prior commitment. Kyle was very thorough in answering our questions; at no time did we feel we were pushed into purchasing options we did not want. Both Kyle and Marty ensured we were out in 30 mins. All in all, this was a first class car buying experience for us. Since our purchase, we have recommended Zimmerman to our friends and colleagues. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Zimmerman through their service department for our minivan. More
