It spoke volumes of the company to re-inspect the car for us after we had purchased it and had some concerns with the alignm and great communication. I reached out about a vehicle that I was interested in and Marty was informative and let me know about the details of the vehicle. I gave an offer that he must have thought was insulting which I never mea and Marty was informative and let me know about the details of the vehicle. I gave an offer that he must have thought was insulting which I never meant to have happen. From the research I had done through a couple of different car estimate websites as well as coms in the area I thought the offer was decent. It was just an offer, I was willing to work with the offer I gave but Marty responded in a way that made it seem like he didn't want to work with me at all and was unprofessional in his responses. I had a truck that I was wanting to possibly trade in as well and again had done research on a few websites as well as heard from dealerships in the surrounding area on what they would offer me and it was thousands higher than what Marty said Zimmerman would offer me for it. Like I said above I was very interested in a vehicle and wanted to work on the price with someone and all Marty could give me was $200 lower than the listed price which was still way above what I had seen from research. I was happy to try and work with him but he was just short with me and blunt that he could not do any better on the price. I would have loved to work with Marty but I don't want to work with someone that wont have a decent conversation with me and doesn't seem interested in working with me. I would love to work with someone else at the dealership if they want my business. More
