I was pleasantly surprised to purchase a car from Marty at Honda Zimmerman. I have purchased my last 2 cars at another dealership and had planned to do that again. I had been stalking the car lots whe at Honda Zimmerman. I have purchased my last 2 cars at another dealership and had planned to do that again. I had been stalking the car lots when the dealerships were closed because I didn't want sales people pouncing on me. I was pleasantly surprised when I went when it was open that wasn't the case. Marty was so informative and none pressure and I test drove quite a few different cars over a 2 week period. He showed nothing but patience and wanted me to get a good dependable car because I was buying a pre-owned vehicle. I had missed out on a couple of vehicles because I like to process before a big purchase, but I ended up with the perfect car and have been very pleased with it. The day I ended up purchasing my car, Marty was in the middle of making 2 other sales at the same time. He did a wonderful job at multi tasking and juggling all 3 of us at the same time. He explained the features on my car and got all the tech stuff set up for me also. I truly appreciated Marty and all he did to help me. He even followed up with me afterwards a few times to see if I had any questions and made sure I was happy. Great job Marty and Honda Zimmerman! More

I have been driving Honda’s since 1988 and won’t drive anything else. Went on line to check out colors and Marty talked to me on a Sunday. Met him on Monday to discuss my desires and the following Monday anything else. Went on line to check out colors and Marty talked to me on a Sunday. Met him on Monday to discuss my desires and the following Monday I drove off the lot with my brand new car! Even though things happened fast, Marty wasn’t pushy at all. Was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Got the car with all the options I requested and couldn’t be happier. The dealership was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Great customer service and would highly recommend. More
