Very friendly and polite experience at Golf Mill Ford The day started with David Crane who showed me the 2018 ford fusion I was looking at. I enjoyed the test drive a lot and decided to make the purchase. After the test drive, I sat down with Mark Gurgone who was able to get me a great deal AND was able to take my previous car worry-free, even though it was a Chevy with out of state expired license plates.. I now have a new ford fusion and I love it, a low payment for the kind of car I got plus not having to worry about my out of state lease I had prior. I defently reccemond Golf Mill Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a great experience. Thank you Mark and David! More

"Very friendly staff and great buying experience!" Saw the vehicle I wanted online and visited dealership late afternoon on a Saturday as was working earlier in the day. Only visited to view the vehicle and see the unusual color in daylight with no intention of purchasing that day. Mark was very friendly and helpful and got the car taken round to the service area where we were able to view it and get a close up look. in good lighting Marc also took time to explain the many great features of the Ford Explorer. During the test drive he covered some more basic features but mostly just engaged in friendly chat to let me experience the feel of the car, which I appreciated. Though I really liked the vehicle it was still a little outside our price range and Marc said that as I was a retired Veteran, he would make sure he looked after me and get a good price on the vehicle. I felt Marc had my best interests in mind and he talked with the management and after some friendly banter we struck a good deal! The follow up from his assistant Joanne was first class! A great team and a great buying experience. If you are going to buy a Ford, go to Gold Mill and ask for Marc and Joanne! More

2008 Lexus RX350 My experience with Golf Mills Ford was horrific. I purchased on Lexus 2008 RX 350 on October 11, 2017. The same day, we realized there was no heat i My experience with Golf Mills Ford was horrific. I purchased on Lexus 2008 RX 350 on October 11, 2017. The same day, we realized there was no heat in the vehicle. We took it back the same week and they kept the truck 9 days and returned it a worse condition. I drove the truck for 3 days and then it completely went out. It was an inoperable vehicle. It would not start and I was unable to drive it. I was extremely disappointed. I called the dealership and they would not answer my phone calls. Here I am 6 months pregnant stuck in the middle of traffic on the expressway waiting on a tow for a new vehicle I just purchased 1 week ago. I have not been able to enjoy driving the Lexus at all. They took the truck back and they still have not fixed it. I asked for my money back and to cancel the contract. They said they could not do that. I asked for a different vehicle so they give me one with no new contract agreement. I am still waiting on my refund or either this new contract for this 2011 Nissan Murano. They have been giving me the run around. They are not reliable or trustworthy. They are not honest and they do not keep their word. I have called them several times and they keep telling that this is a long and difficult process to cancel out the first contract and to create a new one. I financed with Capital Auto finance and they explained to me that Golf Mill Ford has never contacted them regarding a new contract and also it does not take long to cancel a contract and to create a new one. So basically, they are lying and not being truthful. I am extremely dissatisfied and upset. I am a high-risk pregnant woman who cannot be under any pressure. They call back or follow up with you. You have to called them. They do not return phone calls at all. Please do not waste time going to this car dealership. They ripped you off. They do not please the customers. They just want to sell you a lemon. More
