Mr Gavin Murphy, What was dishonest about letting you know that nice pre-owned low miles 2017 Black / Black Focus RS was a hot vehicle that everyone in local & out of state customers like you had called & emailed our dealership & was trying to do the same like you offering to put deposit when we can't do due to other customers that were here ready to purchase, we didn't want you to come all the way & find out vehicle has been sold & we can't find a replacement or similar to it, that will definitely make you more Angry which will be more acceptable & reasonable for you to give us your negative feedbacks, believe it or not other customers that called & emailed us was OK when we told them the vehicle status & let it go hoping they can find a deal like it at other dealership, but you won't accept the facts & so mad & wouldn't move on, with the things happening around us its better to be at peace & not to keep hate in you. Again, we wish you to get the best deal on your next vehicle purchased...

Of course you’re not Angry using the F word. We’re stupid & dishonest only in your book & surely not to hundreds & thousands of our Happy & Completely Satisfied customers local & our of states. How can we sell you the vehicle over the phone? We told you that we have local customers that are also buying the vehicle the same day & trying to save you the trip for nothing, who’s dishonest then? Those other customers that missed out on this Great deal that you won’t let go are all in peace, but of course you can’t stop thinking about it & most likely will not find a similar deal that’s why you’re feeling this way. Told you that we have a lot of out of state customers & we delivered & shipped several vehicles out of state for sure. The thing that you’re having a hard time accepting & understanding is the vehicle was going to be sold & will not be able to sell it to you because you were not present at the time, if you were in our shoe what will you do better. We’re replying to you since you won’t find a peace in your heart & mind & it’s sad that you can’t let go that you just simply missed out on our Special deal on that low miles Black / Black 2017 Focus RS. Again, how many times we have to tell you that multiple deals were working on the nice low miles per-owned Black / Black 2017 Focus RS. We have talked & communicated with all of you that were all interested in buying that Hot Car. Long story short, vehicle was Sold & Delivered to our Happy & completely Satisfied customer. We totally understand that you’re so sad & upset on missing a deal with us on that vehicle that you probably still couldn’t find anywhere at the moment that’s why you just can’t let go. You’re letting other people know about your stories & we surely want other people know our side of stories. That’s interesting...I called and said I wanted to go through with WHAT YOU OFFERED ME! You said no! Are you dense? And I said I would pay the full retail price that it’s listed for sight unseen, no deposit, no trade in.

The problem with you guys at Golf Mill Ford is you're just dishonest. Again, go back to the facts. Yes, I was unhappy with the value you gave me on my trade-in but I ultimately said I would do it and you said I can only have the new car if someone else doesn't buy it. (???) Then, I said I will buy the new car outright with no deposit, no trade-in and sight unseen. The fact that you guys are just completely unable to be logical about something just illustrates why you're selling cars.

The fact of the matter is I offered to buy the vehicle at the price it was listed with no deposit so all your consistent replies show is how stupid you guys really are there. It has nothing to do with being angry, it’s letting other potential buyers know how dishonest you guys are there and what they’ll have to deal with.

If in 2020 you don’t know how to sell a vehicle electronically then you’re just behind the times (I've purchased 3 vehicles out of state)...and I'm clearly not the "only" person who believes this otherwise you wouldn't being taking time out of your day to reply to me. You are going out of your way to maintain a facade of your dealership when in reality you guys lied backed out of a deal you offered me. Even the salesman who I was working with (Vincent Polo) said Mario and Muhammad were dishonest and actively lying because they would prefer to sell a vehicle to a repeat customer.

So if "the vehicle was going to be sold" why would you even offer me a trade-in deal? That I accepted? Why even engage in the process of deal, then offering me a deal, if you had someone else going to buy? Don't you see how dense you look?
