Mr Gavin Murphy, What was dishonest about letting you know that nice pre-owned low miles 2017 Black / Black Focus RS was a hot vehicle that everyone in local & out of state customers like you had called & emailed our dealership & was trying to do the same like you offering to put deposit when we can't do due to other customers that were here ready to purchase, we didn't want you to come all the way & find out vehicle has been sold & we can't find a replacement or similar to it, that will definitely make you more Angry which will be more acceptable & reasonable for you to give us your negative feedbacks, believe it or not other customers that called & emailed us was OK when we told them the vehicle status & let it go hoping they can find a deal like it at other dealership, but you won't accept the facts & so mad & wouldn't move on, with the things happening around us its better to be at peace & not to keep hate in you. The problem with you guys at Golf Mill Ford is you're just dishonest. Again, go back to the facts. Yes, I was unhappy with the value you gave me on my trade-in but I ultimately said I would do it and you said I can only have the new car if someone else doesn't buy it. (???) Then, I said I will buy the new car outright with no deposit, no trade-in and sight unseen. The fact that you guys are just completely unable to be logical about something just illustrates why you're selling cars.

The fact of the matter is I offered to buy the vehicle at the price it was listed with no deposit so all your consistent replies show is how stupid you guys really are there. It has nothing to do with being angry, it’s letting other potential buyers know how dishonest you guys are there and what they’ll have to deal with.

If in 2020 you don’t know how to sell a vehicle electronically then you’re just behind the times (I've purchased 3 vehicles out of state)...and I'm clearly not the "only" person who believes this otherwise you wouldn't being taking time out of your day to reply to me. You are going out of your way to maintain a facade of your dealership when in reality you guys lied backed out of a deal you offered me. Even the salesman who I was working with (Vincent Polo) said Mario and Muhammad were dishonest and actively lying because they would prefer to sell a vehicle to a repeat customer.
