I took my car in for an oil change and a tire pressure check as the weather has become cold and my low air pressure light had come on. The man who helped me with my oil change was super friendly and when check as the weather has become cold and my low air pressure light had come on. However, the next morning it had come on again and the steering was pulling me to the right. I continued to drive the car to work and within 2 miles on the highway my tire had come off and I was driving with metal scraping the road. I had the car towed back Tynan’s because it makes logical sense that if they handled my car 15 hours earlier, something had gone wrong. However, when I arrived there, the man I spoke with was very defensive and aggressive. Rather than explaining possible causes, he kept repeating that it wasn’t their fault and being rude. I don’t deal with people who talk to me like that. So, I asked the tow truck driver to take me elsewhere to buy 4 new tires. Tynan’s has lost my business for oil changes and new tires based on their employee’s inability to be respectful. More
