My car broke down & was towed to the service center at Tynan’s. Luke communicated with me so well throughout the entire process, including navigating a parts shortage. He even managed to get the car worked into the scheduled to have the issue diagnosed within 24 hours of it being dropped off, despite their schedule already being incredibly full. They let me know immediately when it was ready for pick-up - they had the part installed within a couple of hours of the part arriving. The keys & close-out receipt were already ready & waiting for me with the cashier when I arrived (the issue was covered under warranty, so I owed nothing). I was out the door in less than 2 minutes, & car is working beautifully again. I live on the other side of town & will now be bringing it here for all its maintenance.
