We had a surprisingly poor experience. Had a car towed there and was quoted with a very expensive transmission repair. Decided to take it elsewhere, where they immediately questioned the transmission diag there and was quoted with a very expensive transmission repair. Decided to take it elsewhere, where they immediately questioned the transmission diagnosis. It was not the transmission, and ended up costing us $5000 less than quoted by Tynan’s. In addition, when I called to find out if they had a lockbox that was on the car, it was immediately blamed on the towing company. I have pictures of the car dropped off with it installed. I’m comparison, the lock is small. But they were so annoyed at my trying to find it that I gave up. I just felt overlooked, and the exaggerated diagnosis seemed untrustworthy. More
