Attentive and Thoughtful Mr. L. Arango (Louie) greeted us when we arrived at Zimmerman's with a friendly smile and handshake and guided us through our search for a new car. H Mr. L. He invited us to drive several different models explaining the features of each and was helpful when we made our choice by carefully highlighting and paper clipping relevant areas in the owners manual. The financing agreement was explained by the officer (sorry I don't remember his name) without any high pressure to take "add ons" we did not want. The only time we experienced that sort of pressure was when the more senior finance person "checked" over the his work. We left the dealership two hours after arriving with a new leased Accord and knowing we were working with person of integrity and honesty we could turn to with any problem that could arise. All of the associates we encountered where of the same caliber as Mr. Arango. More
