Not content with idle time Luis started a second career some 17 years ago in the auto sales business with Honda vehicles and has been at it since. A Man for All Seasons and Car Buying Reasons I had an urgent need for a car, and I went to see Luis Arango at Big Z. I knew he would help me find just the vehicle to feel the need, because he had I had an urgent need for a car, and I went to see Luis Arango at Big Z. I knew he would help me find just the vehicle to feel the need, because he had got me my first Honda HRV which I am so pleased with. Luis helped us look over the possible used cars available and explained the differences between them. Once we settled on the perfect one, he worked so hard helping us to get the paperwork done with a finance team member and then showing us all the computer type workings of the car. He got us a awesome addition and wasn't done helping us...until that license plate was attached and we drove off. I am already hoping to work with Luis on another purchase for a family member. He exceeds anyone's expectations. More

Three cars in three years! Luis Arango is a car salesman who works with you and for you. We bought a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid two years ago and our son bought a Civic last year. Luis Arango is a car salesman who works with you and for you. We bought a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid two years ago and our son bought a Civic last year. The Accord was recently totaled in an accident when a car traveling 45-50 MPH rear-ended my car (Honda’s great safety design saved me!). We marched right back to Luis for another Honda Accord Hybrid (2019) and got the same great service we have come to expect. Fair price, compete review of the car’s features, and remembering all the small details. And the service department is just as trustworthy and professional. At this dealership, you also have to comment on the front desk receptionists who are joyful, remember your name, and are immediately helpful. Honda makes an incredible car and this dealership represents the product with the very best people! More
