It was like coming home again! This is the 10th Honda for our family. The first 9 came consecutively and for some reason, that I can not now fathom, we left Honda for another make, This is the 10th Honda for our family. The first 9 came consecutively and for some reason, that I can not now fathom, we left Honda for another make, Well, there was one reason-the technological part of my 2014 Pilot. It was so unnecessarily frustrating for me to navigate those systems, that I didn't utilize the full potential that the vehicle had to offer. It is clear that Honda listened to their customers and made that part of the vehicle much more user-friendly. Never again will I stray from Honda! We were treated warmly and professionally. Our wants and needs were met from start to finish. Luis was absolutely outstanding every step of the way. He is VERY knowledgeable of his product and extremely thorough, especially at delivery. Neither Luis nor Sean ever made us feel pressured to buy and while we made a good agreement, we also made an even better relationship. The whole experience reminded me of why we drove 9 Hondas before-it felt safe, it felt comfortable, it felt like home. Best regards, Barbara Minas More
