Several friends recommended Hondas and my son Brad had worked some years ago with Luis, so we made an appointment to see him. This turned the whole accident/insurance experience into a positive. Luis is very patient and kind and helped me find the right vehicle. I ended up with a new Honda Insight and I love it. Luis explained all the details on my new car in such detail; he went over and above the norm. Also the finance guys were great. You all turned a negative for me into a positive! More
