Not content with idle time Luis started a second career some 17 years ago in the auto sales business with Honda vehicles and has been at it since. My salesperson, Luis Arango, was outstanding! He was laid back and professional...not pushy. Once he knew what I wanted, he worked hard to get me that SUV! When he knew the vehicle was being built, he let me know. He is a good communicator. Luis is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job answering my questions, and he volunteered new information as well. He took the time to highlight and paper clip the areas in the owner's manual that applied to my trim level. There were no $$ surprises when I arrived to pick up my CRV. Luis laid it out ahead of time. I think he cares enough about his customers that if there was a problem with a vehicle after the purchase that he would help support the customer's interest. I can't say lots about Zimmerman since I don't have much experience there yet. A co-worker did like the dealership a lot. I already recommended Luis to her for her next year's purchase. Anyway, I do like that Zimmerman is not forcing customers to pay for rust proofing and etching to pad their bottom line like another dealership in the region is doing. And if you purchase four oil changes, the fifth is free. With my trade-in, a Subaru, I was treated very well at that car's dealership. The waiting area was excellent, with drinks, fruit, and snacks. And my car was washed after being serviced and I could bring it in before close to have it washed any other time, plus loaners we're available. That latter two factors are huge incentives for increasing customer satisfaction. I'm hoping that Zimmerman does these things as well! If I'm asked to rate them in the future, I will certainly be able to give a more thorough review about the dealership than I can now. So far, things look promising. More

Luis was probably the first salesman to ever take the time and explain from front to back on the vehicle. He is a great asset to Zimmerman Honda.
