I've never been a fan of car sales people, but Lydia has changed my opinion, I may even get a jersey. I gave my contact information online in order to get pricing on a truck and sure enough the next day Lyd changed my opinion, I may even get a jersey. To my surprise she was very pleasant, not pushy and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a truck. She sent me pics and videos of potential trucks that fit my search criteria. The videos were personalized as in using my name so not just a generic video of a truck that she sends to all her customers. The whole experience at Kelowna Chevrolet was outstanding and it all started with Lydia. My family is very happy with our new truck. More

Absolutely recommend Robin if you are in the market for a new car. I contacted him on one of his days off and he got back to me almost immediately and said he would look into it, even though he wasn't at wor new car. Just a great experience from when I drove in Matt was super awesome to deal with. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when my truck was done .They even had it all washed .I would highly recommend t super awesome to deal with.
