I purchased a 2017 GLE 350 on Feb, 28 with and agreed, all-in price that included a discount of $504 off the list price. When I was handed off to the Larry Cash to complete the sale, the $504 discount was all-in price that included a discount of $504 off the list price. When I was handed off to the Larry Cash to complete the sale, the $504 discount was not included, I didn't notice it and I wrote a check for the incorrect amount. I noticed this the next day and contacted Larry Cash by email. he agreed that I had overpaid and he would send me a check for the difference when my check cleared. My check cleared the bank on March 2. As of April 1, I have not seen my refund check. While I am disappointed with not yet receiving my refund, I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of response from Larry Cash or the salesman. I have sent emails (March 18 and March 30) and left voicemail (March 31) with absolutely no response. This reflects badly on the dealership and the training of its employees. I wonder how long it will take someone to contact me after I post this? More
