The Kurtis is very courteous and helpful. I also appreciated that they let me take the vehicles I test drove for a ride without them in the backseat! The guys (Dave and Kurtis) were very quick to get back to me with answers to my questions. The only thing that was not 'perfect' - was that the truck was not spotless when I came to pick it up. It had been cleaned, but there were a few spots I think that got missed. (around the gear shift was one, and some drips and finger prints on the door.... ) There are a couple of things that still need to be done to my vehicle, adding in a command start and hitch and Kurtis has been very helpful with arranging the work to be done. Generally the experience was very good, and I recommend the dealership highly. More

From the moment we walked through the doors of the show room, we were greeted with courtesy. We dealt with very knowledgeable and friendly sales people. Matt and Blayne made us feel very comfortable in the room, we were greeted with courtesy. We dealt with very knowledgeable and friendly sales people. Matt and Blayne made us feel very comfortable in the sales process. Ken was very honest when dealing with the trade in numbers and Brittany made the final signing of the sales agreement effortless. We have dealt with the competetors in previous years and no other experience was as stressless and fun as this purchase. I would definately recommend any one of the individuals to our friends and people we know who are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We especially appreciated Blayne and Matt's humor. As well, it is worth mentioning that shopping for a vehicle with children in tow is a process in itself. Having said that, Blayne, Ken and Matt engaged in conversation with our son and made him feel part of the process. Matt called our oldest son while demonstrating a feature in the vehicle and gave him the heads up that we were bringing home a new vehicle that he would find really nice. What a great experience. thanks and we love the new truck. More
