Each and every team member from the sales to the finance people were helpful and easy to ge We (my wife and I) had a great experience at Capital Ford. Each and every team member from the sales to the finance people were helpful and easy to get along with. We looked at various vehicles from used to new and never felt pressured in any way to chose one vehicle versus another (or but at all). The salesperson (Ryan) was friendly and knowledgeable. It was good to see someone so excited about the work they do and the products that they sell.The finance team (Cam and Ken) outlined various purchasing options for each vehicle we were considering. In the end we chose a new vehicle and had no unexpected closing costs or up selling. It was so refreshing to deal with such a great team - open, honest and friendly - just what you expect. More

We were very happy with the Escape that we bought. Ryan, did a wonderful job at explaining all of the models we were looking at. He has been excellent with Customer Service and follow up. The only thing w did a wonderful job at explaining all of the models we were looking at. He has been excellent with Customer Service and follow up. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was what we perceived as lack of communication between the Sales Manager and the Finance guy. The Sales Manger went over things and stated that the Finance person would explain some areas in better detail and once we were with the Finance guy, he had assumed that things had been explained to us , so we had to ask him to slow down and explain some things to us. This was in the area of what the ProPack was. Other then that our whole experience was wonderful and we would feel comfortable recomending this dealership to others. More
