John was able to get us into the car we were interested in for a test drive, Sears financing partners were able to beat the APR we were approved for through our credit union and overall, our purchasing experience was excellent. All in all, we were in the door and out within 2 hours, we appreciated everybody’s kindness and willingness to stay beyond working hours for our benefit. More

Nick McGovern was absolutely amazing! Nick was patient and helpful, he has great knowledge about the company and the vehicles! When my spouse joined me for the test drive, Nick answered all our questions and explained all the options for purchase and leasing. To take advantage of the federal rebate, we decided to lease. We had a time crunch, since we were leaving the country for a three week vacation, so Nick made note of all our requests and delivered flawlessly! Upon our return, Nick had everything ready! The delivery visit was phenomenal! Everything was explained and demonstrated, and Nick even requested Al’s input, (your top notch maintenance expert). We had a wonderful conversation, and felt so cared for by both gentlemen. Our follow-up after the sale has also been extraordinary. We are still awaiting our new Florida plates for the car, but we are confident Nick will make sure successful delivery is achieved. Nick has followed up with charging questions, and been a fabulous resource, as we learn about our first EV’s idiosyncrasies. We could not have asked for a better experience. It’s been a grand experience from the get-go. Thank you Nick, and the entire support staff. We appreciate your professionalism and attention to detail! More
