My problem was that my wheel lock key was missing. I determined that the last time it was used as for service at the dealership. I contacted them and had to wait to see them during the week. When I did they accepted responsibility for the loss without question. Your service manager was very professional and helpful in his approach and immediately solved the problem by replacing the locks and issued me a new key. This was, without a doubt, a good experience. I left my car there for brakes. They didn't notify me that I was almost due for an oil change. Scheduled an oil change, I told the rep I was in a hurry. 1 & 1/2 hours later it was c They didn't notify me that I was almost due for an oil change. Email notifying me that my inspection is due. I should have been notified of ALL OF THESE SERVICES when I had the brakes serviced. It would have saved me two appointments!!! More
