Recently my husband and I were looking for a new or used truck with an 8 foot box. Our initial contact with Hannah was to inquire about a truck at Sherwood Buick GMC, however the truck was already sold. Han truck with an 8 foot box. We did not realize at the onset how difficult it would be to find a truck with an 8 foot box. All together 4 dealerships were helping in our search. Hannah kept in contact with us and in our opinion went above and beyond the other dealerships to find us the perfect truck. We had a great experience before, during and after the purchase. From ordering a vehicle to finance, this dealership was awesome. Nolan went over and above to try to fit our needs, and was very open and honest about everything, even when it was something we didn’t want awesome. We shopped around with numerous other dealers (as the vehicle we wanted is near impossible to find right now), and Nolan was one of the best to deal with. We decided to go with a different dealership because the vehicle we wanted would land first there, but I would go back to Sherwood GMC and Nolan anytime! Responsive, honest, and extremely easy to deal with. Thanks Nolan for all the help and when we look to trade I’ll be coming to you first! Big kudos to the Dealership as well for not forcing any add ons to increase profit. I really respected that I didn’t get told there’s a mandatory 3m and undercoating package like other dealers did. I have waited 8 years to upgrade my vehicle. It was worth the wait. I can honestly say I have ZERO buyers remorse (something I have never felt).
