I walked into Mike Erdman Nissan yesterday and as far as dealerships go I’d have to rate them 5 by 5. From knowledge of the vehicles on lot to meeting our needs Jamie Fisher was incredible. We felt no pressure and even after we decided on a vehicle Jamie still carried us around showing everything so we could compare. The experience my wife and I had was hands down the best in all my years. I didn’t get the vehicle cheaper than the sticker price but then again you can’t have everything. I believe I got a good deal for what I decided on. I bought a Nissan rogue platinum edition and could not be any happier than we are. The top reason for the good experience was the salesperson, Jamie Fisher, and the gentleman that ran the numbers, Zach Westerman. I went in expecting the same hard sales pressure I’ve always experienced but it didn’t happen. It was the most relaxed buy I’ve ever done! Actually, every person I came in contact with was great. I recently purchased a used 2022 Toyota Camry with 7,700 miles on it from this dealership. My salesman was Jim Novak and he was great--very attentive and personable. Although some members of management did not provide great customer service during and after my buying process, in the end an issue I had was taken care of by the General Manager, Mike Farrell and I can not thank Mike enough for doing the right thing, I also want to give a great thank you to Danielle ( I can't remember her last name) who took care of me when having to go back to the dealership to get my issue taken care of and my salesman Jim was not working that day. I would like to acknowledge Zack in Finance. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything with ease. I do recommend going to see Jim or Danielle to purchase your next vehicle. Bought a 2016 Nissan Altima. Erdman sold us the car with a plug in one of the tires. Spent the next month constantly filling the tire every time it came up on the screen as "low Erdman sold us the car with a plug in one of the tires. Is it legal to sell a car, even used, with a plug in one of the tires ??? They would NOT honor anything warranty wise, to replace the tire. Over $250 to replace it !!! I came in for service, with my NV2500 Ice Cream Truck. I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would show it to them. I would have hoped they would have made an adjustment. I sell to dozens of dealerships so I started to sell to the employees that wanted Ice cream. The next week or two when I came in I was met by a very rude individual asking if I had permission by Mr. Erdman to sell ice cream. I explained no I have never need to ask for permission to sell to any organization nor did any vendor in the 40+ years that I previously worked in that industry. Very rudely I was asked to leave. Needless to say, I would never do business with a company that not only screws you. On top of that wouldn't want to have you do business with them! I don't know who the individual was but I was told to call in to the GM Mike Farrell, I did and left a message but was never called back so I am assuming it was him, that through me out of the dealership parking lot. Sucks because this is the most convenient dealership to me. More
