Sales Agent Nick Polytarhos & Sales Manager Jerry Peña were both were fantastic and I rate both of them at 5. Excellent service from the sales personnel and management. They made every effort to maximize any possible discounts and was comfortably negotiable on the price of the vehicle. It’s been a nightmare with Mark Christopher, Cheverolet. When I bought the car the guy told me I could put 1000 down or not. I chose not to and they sent a letter to my house overnight FedEx saying that the When I bought the car the guy told me I could put 1000 down or not. I chose not to and they sent a letter to my house overnight FedEx saying that they were going to take my car from me. I was on a business trip so they kept calling and texting me as I was on my business trip and it completely destroyed my trip. Also, I have a faulty headlight that they did not tell me the car had. I bought the car in the daytime so I did not notice it. Otherwise I would not have bought the car. The headlights are very awesome on these cars, but mine keeps going out and it’s dim. Zero integrity there at Mark Christopher, Chevrolet!! Then, within a month and a half of having the car it broke down and they kept it for eight days! Cost me over $2000 in lost wages! I didn’t have money to pay my insurance since I couldn’t work for over a week , so my insurance got canceled, now I owe another $500, on top of the $500 I spent on my insurance, I’m behind on my payment, and I lost my driving job. I regret the day I walked into that place. I’ve always wanted a Cadillac but now when I go outside and look at my Cadillac, it disgust me and gives me anxiety. Mark Christopher, Chevrolet and the the staff there who harassed me and bullied me are a group of unprofessional gangsters. More
