Car stalled I was traveling on Interstate 95 in Jacksonville, Fl. One of the known dangerous stretches of 95 at about 75 MPH when the car just stalled with no si I was traveling on Interstate 95 in Jacksonville, Fl. One of the known dangerous stretches of 95 at about 75 MPH when the car just stalled with no sign ahead of time that something was going wrong. Luckily I was able to pull over. I turned off the car and then tried to restart. Luckily it started. I went directly to Bozard Ford . I never called ahead just arrive. I was quickly greeted by Jeff. He was very nice and understood my concern. He checked in my car and told me he would call me the following day. Approximately 8 pm that same night he called with an update. I heard from Jeff the next afternoon with an estimate and to give him the ok to continue; which I did. jeff said the car would be ready by 6. I arrived shortly before 6 and the car was ready. He check in with me the following morning to make sure everything was ok. I was very pleased with Jeff’s professionalism and his commitment to fix my car. I usually go between Bozard and another Ford dealership. By far I was very impressed with Jeff and his service. I believe I will be doing all my business going forward with Bozard. One more thing my car was vacuumed and washed. Thank you Jeff and the Bozard Team!!! More
