My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Pilot. We were fortunate enough to work with Vanessa. In my opinion her approach was atypical as her efforts weren’t solely to push us into a purchase, but more so fortunate enough to work with Vanessa. In my opinion her approach was atypical as her efforts weren’t solely to push us into a purchase, but more so to assist us in finding the right vehicle and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciated that she let us look and discover what features the car had, rather than “push” and “sell” us on every feature. Zimmerman gave us a fair price for our trade in and Jeff assisted with our financing. He was clear, concise, and efficient. I would highly recommend working with Vanessa and should I find myself in the purchasing market again- I would ask for her myself. More
