I can’t begin to describe the appreciation and respect I have for this dealership! The environment was clean, and full of friendly faces. The sincerity and genuine demeanor did not go unnoticed!!! My first visit here was in July, 2021, & had the pleasure of meeting Jerry Leibovitz, sales consultant. When Jerry approached my fiancé and I, he was very professional, & polite. We discussed with him that type of vehicle we were looking for, and we ended up test driving a few of them before leaving. Not one time did Jerry try to pressure us for a sale, or rush any of our decisions. A week or so went bye and we decided to purchase a Honda CRV and contacted Jerry to help us with this process, and again everyone I came across was as friendly as before. November 19, 2021 after My first oil change, I was leaving Zimmerman, and was struck by another vehicle. My CRV was totaled!! While still recovering from my injuries I started looking for another vehicle which led me back to Zimmerman. I was in a bad situation not having the same down payment and trade in as before! I hit a brick wall, felt hopeless and frustrated. Jerry Leibovitz and Jeff Dolan the finance director at Zimmerman went above and beyond helping me get another vehicle!! They both truly cared, and did not stop until I had a vehicle! I can’t begin to thank them enough! They will have a lifelong customer!! And will be highly recommended by me and my family forever!!! More
