Hands down the easiest and best car buying experience for us. We'd done our homework on the type of car we were looking for. We drove just over an hour to this dealership. Randy Hill worked with us. This is an outrageous car market but if you need a car, you need a car. There were NO GAMES. There was no pressure. He straight up told us what he could sell us the car for and we bought it. He was very easing going, very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and super attentive. It was all super transparent which was refreshing. They all worked well with each other. Jeff Dolan in financing was just as professional and knowledgeable as Randy. Everything was explained. All our questions were answered. The car was washed and detailed for us. Randy himself was drying it off and finishing it up before handing the keys over. We ended up buying all weather mats and Randy put them in before we left. He was there until we drove it off the lot and he was standing there waving as we did. At other places we've dealt with as soon as you're passed off to finance we'd never see the sales person again because they were off in search of another customer or whatever else. We have other Honda dealers much closer to us than this one but we would absolutely go back here for service and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
