The service department goes above and beyond to keep us informed about anything we might need done on our next service date, and do a great job - whether it's an oil change or service trip. And it's an extra bonus to get a clean car back! More

Amazing as usual I've been coming for my car problem to Tynan's Nissan Aurora since August 2011. All I can cay is thanks a lot to my advisor Lucas Clearwater. Lucas I've been coming for my car problem to Tynan's Nissan Aurora since August 2011. All I can cay is thanks a lot to my advisor Lucas Clearwater. Lucas is primary advisor, Sometimes i come and Lucas has day off, Brian Laatsch offers me his help. If I have a little difficult question which requires a manager level, Jason Simons is always have time to listen my problem and resolve it as soon as possible. I'm happy I have some people I can trust about my car issues. Last my visit was because battery of my car has died without noticing me. One day I was driving, the following morning, I couldn't start my car at all. I have a road side assistance from my insurance, they charged the battery, I came to Lukas, 30 minutes later I had a new battery. When I have even a small problem or any question I go to Luke, and Brian. I don't want to offend other advisors, I've never worked with them, I work with Luke, and Brian, and Jason, Every single time after visiting this Service department, I'm really appreciated to these people. I'm happy I have people at this service department who take care of my car. More

Awesome Staff/Great Customer Service I wouldnt bring my car in to be serviced anywhere else but here and have been coming here for the past 4 years going on 5. Customer service has always I wouldnt bring my car in to be serviced anywhere else but here and have been coming here for the past 4 years going on 5. Customer service has always been top notch and the staff have all been awesome. They are very knowledgeable, detail oriented and personable. They have been very open and honest with me about my car and I appreciate that so much and it definitely helps build trust. I see the same team members each time I come and that says alot to me. The same goes to sales. I have purchased 3 cars from Tynan's and its been a great experience each time. I have never felt that I was being scammed, decieved, pressured, or rushed. I have always been given honest feedback. I dont feel like I have to do my "homework" beforehand in case they try to trick me and take my money where I am ignorant. The trade in value I was given here was higher than what I was informed my car's value to be at other sites. We were pleasantly suprised by this. Even after a purchase, I dont have any regrets or lingering thoughts that I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I just see in the staff's mannerisms and actions that they have done everything possible to assure me that I got a really good deal. I never doubted that. They really take good care of their customers. I am so happy to have gotten to know this place and that I have a reliable place to come to for my car's needs. Thank you Tynan's Nissan sales, finance and service staff. More

Do not do business with Tynans Nissan 3.5 hours for an oil change and have a key made. Will recommend friends and family to not use dealership. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE We just had the most amazing experience with service from Tynan's Nissan Aurora. Starting with our service consultant Luke who made us feel so comfort We just had the most amazing experience with service from Tynan's Nissan Aurora. Starting with our service consultant Luke who made us feel so comfortable, listen to our problems with our 2015 Juke and kept us informed the entire day. The radio is now fixed and working better then ever plus our turn signals had kind of got hazy and they where not covered by our extended service plan, but Luke and the team at Tynan's went to bat for us with Nissan and they agreed to help with that repair as well. We are a customer for life. More

Poor service We paid for our tire to be repaired and they did only part of it. We took it back in but they refused to complete the repair of the tire.
