Careless Oil all on my light colored mats,car very sluggish, not 100% sure the oil was even changed. Engine Problem My one month old Altima Platinum experienced loss of power and very rough idling. I immediately brought to Tynans service and since it was late on a My one month old Altima Platinum experienced loss of power and very rough idling. I immediately brought to Tynans service and since it was late on a Friday afternoon, it couldn’t be looked at until Monday. Jason Michaud got me a car to use while mine was at the service dept. Jason Simmons called me late Monday morning and advised me that my car needed a new engine. It took a little over a week for the new engine to be delivered and 2 additional days to install it and check the car out. Jason called and told me that I could pick up my car at my convenience, which I did. The work on the car was perfect and it was given back to me washed and has been running great since I picked it up. By the way, I am getting 30.6 MPG with the new engine. More

Good and bad I really like that Nissan does the inspection on your car with the oil change and tire rotation. But what they said need immediate action really didn’ I really like that Nissan does the inspection on your car with the oil change and tire rotation. But what they said need immediate action really didn’t need immediate action. I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion there wasn’t anything that needed to get done. Nissan also did the tire rotation so they were the last ones to take my tire off my car and when driving the entire wheel came off. So I’m guessing that lugnuts where not on correctly. I’m not sure if I should bring my car back to the dealer or not. More

Always Amazing Service Each time I have brought my Sentras in for service, the level of service has always exceeded my expectations. I feel I am treated more like a friend t Each time I have brought my Sentras in for service, the level of service has always exceeded my expectations. I feel I am treated more like a friend than a customer. Luke Clearwater in the Service Department is the person I have the pleasure of helping me most of the time I bring my Sentras in for service. He is a great person as well as representative for Tynan’s. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who owns a Nissan to have it serviced. More
