Hello Corina, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent service visit at our dealership. I am confused how you believe we scammed you. You brought your vehicle in for a diagnosis assuming the problem was related to an accident you had over a year ago. You had stated that you felt the collision center didn't fully repair the vehicle. In fact, the only time you have brought either of your two vehicles here as because another shop didn't fix it properly. We diagnosed your vehicle properly and gave you options. Along the way, you kept telling me I was wrong, that the input speed senor wasn't located inside the transmission and that you were able to get the part from a local parts store. I explained that the sensor they looked up was not in fact the input speed senor but a vehicle speed sensor- two different things. You also didn't believe the technicians findings of fluid leaking from multiple areas because your other shop hadn't told you about them, so I provided photos showing the leaks. During our many conversations, I felt it was best you get a second opinion from someone you trusted, specifically the mechanic that looked at your vehicle before us and couldn't determine what the issue was. I didn't charge you anything for the time spent diagnosing your vehicle and let you pick it up free of charge. That doesn't sound like a scam to me.
