Worst experience ever! At 8:15 S.M. I was told 1 1/2-2 hours for oil/coolant change. Ended up taking 4 Hours! After checking, was told paperwork was in, 1/2 hour later, I w At 8:15 S.M. I was told 1 1/2-2 hours for oil/coolant change. Ended up taking 4 Hours! After checking, was told paperwork was in, 1/2 hour later, I was called to the cashier. Paperwork was not ready. Some other gentleman was in front of me and was told that he'll be next. He still was checked out before me as were numerous other people who came into the Service Dept after me.I am not happy at all about this experience at Tynnans Nissan!!!! More

Tynans Nissan Service Dept. got my auto in at the appointed time & diagnosed the problem within two hours and would have it repaired that afternoon but did not have the part in got my auto in at the appointed time & diagnosed the problem within two hours and would have it repaired that afternoon but did not have the part in stock. The part was ordered from the warehouse, received the next morning and I picked up my auto at noon. The service department was very helpful, couteous and efficient. Another dealer had quoted me a time of two days just to diagnose the problem - five srars rating for Tynans service department! DRoby More

I am dealership loyal to Tynan’s Nissan because every time I take my car in for servicing, my experience exceeds my expectations. I had a very good experience came in for an oil change, pulled in was met at my car door, told the technician what I needed. He put my car information in his IPad, he asked me if I had taken care of the is pulled in was met at my car door, told the technician what I needed. He put my car information in his IPad, he asked me if I had taken care of the issues I had when I was there last, I told him I had, he diected me to the waiting area, he told me it would be an hour and a half and I would be texted when my car was ready. 1 hour and 15 minutes the text came to my cell directing me to the cashier, I paid she gave me my keys I went to my freshly washed car and I left. More
