Taken my Nissan car here twice that I did not buy at this dealership. The service team team has shown zero interest in helping me since I didn’t buy it there. It’s a Nissan. This week I took it in and asked dealership. The service team team has shown zero interest in helping me since I didn’t buy it there. It’s a Nissan. This week I took it in and asked them to look up the power train warranty and they said my factory warranty expired and refused to look up anything else. I also have Toyota gold customer care plan which covers all costs for any repairs Nissan makes, showed that to them and they said they couldn’t work with it. Well Larry H Miller Nissan not only looked up my power train warranty and confirmed it, they also are calling Toyota on my behalf to submit a claim as they fix the car. That’s customer service— your guys are an absolute joke compared to them. Good luck I am telling everyone who will listen how big of a waste of time y’all are. More

I normally have no issues with this dealership but on this last visit I'm sure they dinged my driver side door. I noticed the techs pulling the cars in and out of the garage were quite reckless with peop this last visit I'm sure they dinged my driver side door. I noticed the techs pulling the cars in and out of the garage were quite reckless with people's cars (before my appointment). Then upon picking up my car noticed some new chipping in the paint on my driver side door. Not the end of the world but won't be returning to this location. More
