"Fantastic sales philosophy - no pressure"
We found our car online and from the moment we walked into the dealership we were so impressed with how everything is handled at Wilson's. The salesman Jason who we dealt with was extremely friendly and there was no pressure what so ever to buy nor did he try to sell us something out of our price range. Fantastic place to deal with
"Great used car dealership"
How much do we like this dealership? We recently bought car number five from Wilson's. We have had dealings with Neil ( now sales manager), Marko and most recently Jason. The sales staff has always been polite, courteous and simply wonderful to deal with. I appreciate that they are never pushy and willing to show you as many cars as you like. Karlee was very polite and quite pleasant. You could hear the smile in her voice over the phone. Sarah is quite a gem. I'm glad that we got to work with her for the last two or three cars that we bought. Always polite and positive and always smiling. Both ladies worked hard to get us the best rate and kept us informed. I've even had to use the service center in the past and had nothing but positive comments about that experience. I have only positive comments about Wilson's and recommend them to anyone that I know that is looking to buy a car.
"They are awesome "
Very helpful. Jason was fantastic and Stu really taught me and my wife alot. We ended up leaving with two cars. Both are beauties. They answered all our questions and leaving there we felt good about the buy. Thanks to a great staff as well. They are very friendly and deserve a big thanks as well.
we have had the vehicle back twice for service so far so good. The salesman called and asked how we are enjoying the vehicle so far so good its only been a weak and been back 2 times
"they had the car i wanted best price service was very good"
Salesman was good Gus treated us fine. Finance guy was very friendly wasn't pushy offered us products and when we declined he did not push I liked that.
when we picked up the car a different sales person helped us out very nice gentlemen can't remember his name maybe Jan? Think it started with a J. ( I just found him below Jason Beyers) Tall man with combed back hair. He impressed us the most because he bent over backwards to help us and it wasn't even his sale. Helped with the vehicle manuals find service to fix a fog light . very friendly and it seemed it just made him happy to help out.
I spoke with another gentlemen i think he was in finance Dave gardiner and he was very friendly as well
I would by another vehicle from this dealership and recommend my friend to check them out as well.
On a cold saturday i chose to test drive 3 vehicles....all were brought to me in orderly fashion and was allowed to to test drive alone...very busy in main office / reception area...free coffee and tea was provided free of charge....the whole application and financing went very smoothly...all in all very easy to purchase a car at wilson's

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful staff. Easy to do business with! We knew exactly what we wanted, found it on their website, came in for the test drive and had the vehicles within two business days. Staff were focused on our needs and Stella provided good advice and was really great in facilitating a follow-up request for snow tires. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at every point in the process. Thank you!
Impressed with the support and service. All queries very well answered. I will recommend to co workers and friends to first visit mark wilsons before visiting any other dealership.
"Poor customer experience"
Took 20 minutes before I could talk to someone about buying a vehicle. Usually the dealers can't wait to jump down your throat at other places. So right away, it started off bad. My dealer just let me ask what I wanted, and pretty much drive the relationship, which was fine. I was able to take it home - I live close, and show my wife. I bought it later that day.
Completing all the paperwork to start the purchase seem like it took a long time. Maybe after being there for four hours, my perception was off.
I then talked to the finance person. He accidentally took both my current vehicle's and my trailer's ownership, tore the trailer ownership and gave it back to me. I didn't notice, and neither did he. When I tried to sell my current car a few days later, I couldn't. I had to buy a new ownership to complete that transaction. I also tried to get my vehicle complete date moved up a day or two, but they wouldn't budge, even though I didn't ask for any extras. When I finally picked up my vehicle, I was given a folder, which had my previous vehicle ownership! Even though I had called and asked where it was, they said they didn't know.
The very next day, on my way to work in traffic, the breaks were squeaking horribly. I suspected they were not releasing fully, maybe caused by the parking brake not working well. I took it in a few days later. They said they didn't find anything wrong! Fortunately, their taking it apart and reassembling seemed to have fixed the issue. Hopefully permanently. I feel this should have been something that could have been found, had they done a proper inspection of all systems.
I'm putting this down as a "would recommend", but not without clearly explaining my experience.
